Fragments

Not despite the scars. Because of them.

Sculpted from a single sheet of steel, gas-cut by hand and meticulously reassembled into sculptural form.

Rather than concealing the traces of fabrication, each jagged edge, weld and incision is preserved as a material memory — an index of the object's becoming. The offcuts, typically discarded, are reclaimed as integral components of the collection, transforming absence into presence. A chromatic transition from deep aubergine to molten gold dissolves the boundary between rupture and repair, allowing the surface to embody both fragility and strength. Fragments questions inherited ideals of beauty and perfection, proposing transformation — not flawlessness — as the true measure of value. Each piece is limited in number and signed; made-to-order custom sizes and colours are handled on an individual basis.

Each piece is entirely unique and cannot be replicated exactly, shaped by an inherently handcrafted process of raw steel cutting and welding.

The irregularities created during fabrication are intentionally preserved, making every object one of a kind.

Although conceived as collectible works, all pieces are fully functional.

Offcuts and negative spaces from fabrication are reclaimed into additional works — almost every part of the original steel sheet becomes part of the collection.
